As this is a startup, I decided to focus on the potential buyers of NIO cars. Vs people that owned the cars which would imply that the focus would be on an app focused on remote car operation experience. (A glimpse of it provided in the UX below)
This app would need to feature incentives of various types. One way is to focus on handing out points. Points for participation in exclusive events of NIO enthusiasts/owners. As the points accrued, potential for added discounts on a car purchase would increase.
The other incentive would be in gaming/building your own and customising your own new car. From changing the rims to interiors of the car. On the same page, the user would have discount options followed up with a customer service corner where the user can realise his dream of owning and buying this personalised car.
